W.C. Black and Sons, Inc. have performed site work projects throughout the Carolinas since 1978. We are focused on customer satisfaction. Our company treats each client’s project as if it were our own. Our laser-like focus and attention to the details has helped us acquire an excellent reputation for quality services and a work ethic second to none.

Our vast knowledge of Land Clearing, Grading, Excavating, Demolition, and Hauling is based on real world experience. The ability to operate on all size projects from small to large is an effective demonstration of our past and present capabilities. W.C. Our staff is an important element contributing to the success of our company. Each member of our team is cross trained to operate all types of equipment on site. We effectively manage our staff and provide continuous training to enhance our capabilities on site. As a family owned and operated company, our management staff is directly involved in the day to day operations and supervision of client projects, and are on site frequently to deal with any questions or concerns our customers may have. This direct interface between client and contractor ensures quicker solutions to on site issues.

Our equipment has been specifically selected for our needs and is matched to each jobsite’s requirements resulting in greater efficiency and less time wasted on site. Upon completion of a project, equipment is quickly transported to our next project. This rotation of equipment from site to site ensures a seamless transition from project to project. We also have our own ASE Certified mechanic on staff which provides us the capability to perform maintenance in house and reduce overall operating costs.

W.C. Black and Sons, Inc. recycle much of the materials from our demolition projects when possible. Our green initiatives include the recycling of materials from demo sites such as various types of metals, windows, lumber, and concrete. We also attempt to recycle materials from our Junk Removal/Refuse Removal Projects as well. Also, when applicable, we donate furniture and or household items to designated reutilization organizations such as Habitat for Humanity. These green initiatives reduce the economic impact of services within each of the communities in which we serve.

Our company provides quality services to Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Religious, Educational, and Government Clients. Our current and past work includes Land Clearing Services, Grading Services, Excavating Services, Demolition Services, Hauling Services, and Junk Removal Services. We offer erosion control measures and construct retaining walls as well. No matter the size or scope of your project, W.C.
